How to Use+
1) Cleanse the eye area. 2) Apply a little water, gel or serum under the eyes so the EMS micro-currents can conduct. 3) Slip the device on like glasses, pick your mode and intensity. 4) Relax — it turns off by itself after 10 minutes. Use daily for best results. The device is not waterproof; wipe clean with a soft cloth.

How quickly will I see results?+
Results vary from person to person. Some users may notice that the under-eye area feels refreshed after use, while changes in the appearance of puffiness, dark circles or fine lines can vary depending on skin type, lifestyle and frequency of use. Individual results may vary.
How do the 4 modes work?+
A short press of the button cycles through 4 modes: (1) steady EMS micro-current + red light, (2) variable-frequency EMS + red light, (3) variable-frequency EMS only, and (4) red light only. Each EMS mode has 3 adjustable intensity levels — low, medium and high.
Why can't I feel the massage sensation?+
EMS microcurrent works best when the skin is slightly moist. Before using Eyvella™, apply a small amount of water-based gel or serum to the under-eye area, then make sure the contact points sit gently against the skin. Start with the lowest intensity and increase it gradually until you feel a comfortable, gentle sensation. Do not immerse or rinse the device in water.
How often should I use it, and for how long?+
Eyvella is designed for one 10-minute session as part of your daily eye-care routine. The device switches off automatically after 10 minutes. Follow the included user guide and discontinue use if you experience discomfort.
How long does the battery last?+
The built-in rechargeable battery gives you about 90 minutes of use per charge — that's 9 daily sessions — and recharges via the included USB cable. The indicator glows red while charging and green when full.

What if my order is lost, damaged, or doesn't arrive?+
If your Eyvella™ order is lost, arrives damaged, or is not delivered within 35 days, please contact us at support@eyvella.com. For damaged items, we may ask for photos or video so we can review the issue. Eligible refunds are processed after approval and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
