Why can't I feel the massage sensation?+
EMS microcurrent works best when the skin is slightly moist. Before using Eyvella™, apply a small amount of water-based gel or serum to the under-eye area, then make sure the contact points sit gently against the skin. Start with the lowest intensity and increase it gradually until you feel a comfortable, gentle sensation. Do not immerse or rinse the device in water.
